Key Glock is keeping Young Dolph close to him.

Less than two weeks after his death, the rapper revealed a new tattoo in honor of his late cousin. The tat features a portrait of Dolph’s face and covers up the majority of his left forearm.

“When they see me, they see you!!” wrote Glock.

In the days after Dolph’s murder, a heartbroken Glock paid tribute to his frequent collaborator with an emotional message.

“damn bro, im LOST my heart is torn my brain bout to explode it HURTS when I breathe..why you leave me so soon?? I’ll never be the same, you was my lefthand man,my brother,my cousin,my mentor and drank partner,” he said. “for the past 2 years I been taking LOSS AFTER LOSS and still can’t understand why.”

He continued, “I know we can’t question GOD but GOD why?! There’s nothing no one can do or say to bring you back and that shit just eats me up by the second!! Nigga you was Phil Jackson and I was yo MJ Remember I told you I got yo back no matter what?? I GUARANTEE THAT!! Words really can’t explain how I truly feel right now.. I’m sick to my stomach bruh!! Peace ain’t even working.. all I see is DARKNESS, only GOD knows how much you meant to me.”

Key Glock was signed to Dolph’s Paper Route Empire label. In 2019, he and Dolph released their collaborative album Dum and Dummer, which was followed by the sequel, Dum and Dummer 2, in March of this year.

Dolph was shot and killed when gunmen opened fire on him at a Memphis bakery on Nov. 17. He was 36. Police are investigating and have located the getaway vehicle that was spotted at the murder scene.
