Don Toliver is ready for his sophomore album Life of a Don.

The highly-anticipated project is set to arrive Friday, Oct. 8 and is now available for pre-order. He shared the cover art and a trailer, which features the unreleased track “Xscape.” He has yet to reveal the tracklist, but the album will include the singles “What You Need” and his Kali Uchis collaboration, “Drugs N Hella Melodies.”

In a recent interview with W magazine, he revealed that he rented out a house in Miami’s Venetian Islands to work on the album and flew out some of his favorite producers to record with him.

“I’ve had some crazy records, stuff in the chamber, a lot of good music I’d been holding on to that will be on this album,” he told the magazine. “Life of a Don gives you insight into what I have going on right now. And that sound is really just how I feel. It’s the soundtrack of my life, and it’s coming from a new feeling.”

The Cactus Jack signee is currently traveling across the country on his “Life of a Don” tour, which wraps Oct. 30 in Los Angeles. He will also perform at fall festivals including Travis Scott’s Astroworld, Day N Vegas, and Rolling Loud.

Life of a Don marks the follow-up to his 2020 debut Heaven or Hell, which debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 and featured appearances by Travis Scott, Quavo, Offset, and Sheck Wes.
