T.I. and Tiny will not be charged for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2005 in Los Angeles.

According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors decided not to charge the couple because the case falls outside of the 10-year statute of limitations.

The accuser filed a police report earlier this year, alleging T.I. and Tiny drugged and assaulted her in early 2005 after the trio met at an L.A. club. She was then invited back to the couple’s hotel room where she claims she was raped.

The couple has denied any instances of non-consensual sex. “We vehemently deny ALL these disgusting, anonymous allegations,” T.I. said in January. “We ain’t never forced nobody, we ain’t never drugged nobody against their will, we ain’t never held nobody against their will, we ain’t never made nobody do anything.”

This follows allegations in Las Vegas where another woman claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the couple in 2010 after meeting Tiny at the airport. The Las Vegas case also fell outside the statute of limitations, and no charges were filed.

In May, T.I. released his song “What It’s Come To” on which he addressed his numerous accusers. “I guess this is what it come to,” he said. “Extortion is that what you got yo mind on shawty? … Bet you thought that shit was sweet and I would pay in a week.”

In the wake of the accusations, VH1 suspended production on “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.”
