The 20-track Hall of Fame features “Rapstar,” which spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, plus appearances from Lil Wayne, Roddy Ricch, Pop Smoke, Young Thug, and Nicki Minaj, who congratulated her “For the Love of New York” collaborator.
